At Haanqo, we want every woman to feel confident and satisfied with her purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not fit as expected, so we’ve made our return process simple, transparent, and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns for most clothing items within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- It must be free from perfume, stains, makeup, or deodorant marks.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, stretching, or damage.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear is non-returnable once worn, washed, or without its original hygiene seal and tags.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to assist as long as the new item is in stock.
If your desired size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued once your original item passes inspection.
How to Return
- Email us at info@haanqo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our support team will provide a Return Authorization and detailed instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back using the return label provided.
Once your return arrives and passes our inspection, you’ll receive a confirmation email regarding your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Haanqo covers the return shipping cost for approved returns. This ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing your satisfaction is our priority.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method, in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.
We will review your case promptly and arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking or handling fees. You’ll receive the full refund amount once your returned item has been inspected and approved.
