Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+8) are processed the same day, while those placed later or on weekends/public holidays are handled on the next business day.

Once confirmed, your items are carefully prepared within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes about 3–6 business days, depending on your location:

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
• Sabah & Sarawak: 4–6 business days

In total, you can expect your order within 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday) from purchase.
